2.自行列印報名表後，至國際處(H115)蓋章
3.將報名表寄E-mail至計畫信箱 hostfamily@stust.edu.tw

2.Print the application form by yourslef and come to H115 for stamp
3.Sent the E-mail to hostfamily@stust.edu.tw
